Hi Nazri,

Following the interview, we are pleased to offer you the position of Content Developer with effect from 15th September 2008 on the expressed and implied terms and conditions set out as below:

BASIC SALARY:
RM XXXX-00 per month.

MONTHLY REIMBURSEMENT:
Reimbursement of travelling expenses will be on claim basis with the submission of the original receipt.
According to our company normal practice, the fixed allowances which only apply upon confirmation of employment.

PROBATION:
Probation period is 3 months. This probation is solely for the purpose of enabling the Company to determine whether you are suitable in all or in any particular aspect of your performance for confirmation on your appointment. At any time during this probation period, your appointment is terminable by either party by giving one month notice or salary in lieu of notice.

ANNUAL LEAVE:
14 working days a year after 12 months of continuous service for service of less than 3 years.


EPF:
Contribution to EPF by you and the Company will be at current statutory rates.


OUTPATIENT MEDICAL BENEFITS:
The company will reimburse you the total outpatient medical benefit up to a maximum of RMXXX-00 per year. Each claim must be substantiated with receipts and, this goes for the medical certificate, if applicable.

HOSPITALISATION (IN-PATIENT)

INSURANCE:
The company will reimburse you the annual hospitalisation insurance premium up to a maximum of RMXXX-00 per year. Each claim must be substantiated with receipts. This is applicable after confirmation.

WORKING HOURS:
The Company observes a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. The working hours are as follows:-

9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
1.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

You may be required to work overtime at any time and on any day to meet exigencies of work. Any employee so notified shall not refuse to work except for reasons satisfactory to the company.


When working at client’s premises, you are expected to observe the client’s working hours.
